My mother got a couple of new stamps in today. I pulled out this flower and colored it. Couldn't decide what kind of background to make so I started coloring with my blue Copic markers. I decided halfway that I wasn't loving it so I pulled out some Distressed Inks and sponged the background. Thought it needed a little something so I added some script stamps to the background. I am entering this into the following challenge.

Amy, the color combination on your card looks great. The flower is beautiful with the blue background and added script stamping. You did a great job of saving the background. Great card!

Wow Amy! Is this ever gorgeous. This glorious sunflower just pops against this gorgeous blue background. I also love how you tempered the colors with the brown edges and the text stamping. You did right proud breaking this new stamp in so beautifully. ~Karen.

WOW, Amy, this jumped right out at me - Love the intensity of the colors and for a bg you weren't really liking at the beginning . . .well it turned into a fab base for that sunflower!
