| | I made this card for this week's Teapot Tuesday Challenge. Polly is our hostess and the theme this week is "Comforting Thoughts." I was struggling with how to make a card for this challenge because it is a tough one, yet oh-so important too. I was staring outside at nothing really. Then, when I focused on what I was seeing, I could see one bold iris blooming in this area of prairie grass we have. Seeing this single iris blooming where it should not be really touched my heart so that is what inspired this card today. This card is basic stamping for the most part. The butterfly is stamped, fussy cut out and colored with copic markers. Thank you for looking today. ~Karen. |
