These colors got me outside of my box, that's for sure. And this card, believe it or not was TAKE FIVE. I really struggled with this card. I ended up using the Night of Navy as one of the neutrals. When I made the fifth one and felt good about it I breathed a HUGE sigh of relief!! Happy Tuesday everyone!

Love it. We don’t get as many sailboats at the lake as we used to, but we still see some especially on a sunny day!

I admit I was a little worried about you, Karen - I was outside my comfort zone too. What? No floral green! But, true to form you came through with flying - well, sailing - colors. I love your paper piecing sales!

Karen, never doubt your creative ability, you ALWAYS come up with a beautiful card, this one no exception! I love the stenciled clouds and the sail boats negotiating the deep waters, plus the sentiment situated with the wheel. Glad you hung in there, you made one terrific card, my friend!

I'll bet the first four were beautiful, too! You're such a perfectionist! This card sure is perfection! So realistic and beautiful. And dessert--that ship's wheel! Clever and pretty!

This is spectacular Karen!!! I agree, this was one of the most difficult color challenges for me. Your clouds and sea really made this dynamic especially in the navy. Way to persevere!! :>)

Karen, you get an A+++++ for persevering on this Beautiful sea card! I love anything nautical, and I just love your paper pieced sails. This is such a fun card and a nice way to spend a summer day relaxing out on the water~
