On a piece of white cs the same size as my card front, I stamped the balloon bunch from "Special Ride" and then masked it so I could stamp another bunch slightly lower. Colored all balloons with markers and added details with white gel pen. I also went over the outside edge with black to make the border more pronounced. Stamped the sentiment and then cut ONLY along the top edge of all balloons to make an angled panel. Popped this up on a colored cs card front and then added sparkly enamel dots just in case I didn't have enough festive color!!

Your colored balloons Look awesome, my friend, and partially fussy cutting to reveal more of the base card ingenious! If this doesn't bring on the happy - nothing will.

Love this! Bright colors are perfect for balloons and I love the white accents you've added to these - really makes them "pop"!
Cutting along the top adds great dimension and also the textured blue card stock. Into my faves : )

What a fun creative card this is Maura. I always love your color combinations and your technique for this card base is simply fabulous. You took today's challenge and "flew away" with it! Fun! ~Karen.
