My brother and sister-in-law are celebrating their 25th anniversary on Tuesday and my mom asked me if I could make them an anniversary card using their wedding invitation. She even still had the envelope it came in, which I thought was way cool because it was postmarked in Las Vegas where they lived when they got married. The back of the collage is their wedding invitation and I just layered a bunch of die cuts that I had hanging around (many from teapotter friends--THANK YOU!). There is some old doily looking lace that is cut from the little purse that I carried in the wedding as a bridesmaid. The pink ribbon is also part of that purse. And the "Melissa and Mark" piece is also cut from their invitation. I'm not great at collages and using die cuts, but I'm pretty sure they won't notice that. They'll be too busy looking at the stuff on the card.
Congratulations to your brother and sister in law and what a fabulous card you've made them.
Thank you for joining us at Simon say Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
