Used a rectangle mask for the perimeter of card. Stamped my lighthouse, masked it, and then sponged color for the shore and stamped with a texture stamp. Masked this. (I did make the "rocky shore" overlap the base of the lighthouse also.)
Masked for the sun and sky first and then moving other masks around I sponged the lake, stamped a texture stamp for the waves, and then created the opposite shoreline. Stamped the birds, then removed the masks and stamped sentiment. This is my second attempt, the first one ended up with some smudges on the white border so I cut the scene out and turned it into the next card in my gallery HERE.

Wow! Is this ever gorgeous Maura! All of your masking has produced a stunning one-layer card (that I would put into a frame to enjoy for a very long time). ~Karen.
