This card is for the manager at my gym at work. His birthday is the same as mine (Flag Day!). I had bought this Mo Manning digi to make a graduation card for my bossâs son and I made that this morning too. I figured I could use this image for a gym manager. And as I started coloring I realized I could change the basketballs to weighted medicine balls! Iâm so smart sometimes. I masked the image and sponged the pattern of the gym wall. In real life itâs red, orange, and purple, but on this card it is red and blue for Flag Day. Then I sponged a gym floor with a stripe to try to keep the strip part of the sketch showing (do you see it? The top section of floor). I had so much fun making my two cards this morning, I was wicked late to work!

What a fun card for him! And how nice to share your birthday with a friend!

Fabulous & creative take on the sketch. I noticed the gym floor as soon as I read the description. So clever! Yes, you are smart to change the basketballs. Love the background. It is so fun to personalize our cards and you did a great job! Happy Birthday to you and the gym manager! TFS
