This type of card has been on my intended list for a long time, and I have finally made one. I'm using it in a class next week. There is a tutorial on how to make this here.
Some time ago, I made some faux guitar picks from chipboard, but haven't been able to locate them. If I do find them, I will add one as shown in the tutorial.
