After thinking about "storms never last" I wanted to make a card showing that no storm is rough enough to step back!!
I don't know yet who to send it but it will find someone's destination.
I used a bruho back ground and die cut to make the stormy sea, glued it over gold mirror, I stamped the ship over and punched the birds, the sentiment was made on my computer, I found the translation Against All Odds, you could translate it also against wind and tides...

I love your card. Using the ship was a brilliant idea. I would not want to be on a ship in a terrible storm. I like the use of the brushos for the stormy sky.

I love this pretty card. I love the light breaking through that pretty lattice pattern.

What a beautiful card and perfect sentiment! I love the gold mirror paper shining through the die cut! The ship and birds are just perfect for your scene!

This is AWESOME, Anita! Love your stormy sky and how the boat has tipped a bit out of frame - I bet the gold mirror is beautiful in real like. . . like the sun coming out after the storm.
