We're CASing cards from fellow SCS chrissyd723, Chris Dickinson's, gallery and sending them to Chris' MIL who is going through some rough times. Chris has been her caregiver which is a hard and draining task. I made this card to send to Chris and based it off of this one from her gallery: FF16Dinia Masquerade Doilies by Chrissyd723 at Splitcoaststampers
I used different colors of distress ink and spritzed it with water before pressing onto bristol cardstock. I love the muted watercolory look it creates. The sentiment is from PTI's Year of Psalms collection. I thought it was a good supportive message for Chris.

Oh, Chris will love this card. The doily looks beautiful and that is a great scripture message. I know these cards will lift the spirits of Chris and her MIL. How fun it will be for them to open each card.

I love everything about this Jacqueline. I have never thought to use this doily stamp in this manner before so thank you for the great inspiration today. This scripture verse is perfect for Chris and Sandy. You are so right when you say care giving is all consuming and draining- yet so worthwhile too. Your card will do a lot to lift spirits. ~Karen.
