Todayâs challenge was a good one for a doggie sympathy card I needed to make. This year has been a rough one for coworkersâ dogs. I thought a striped washi tape background would make a great quilt feel to my card. I meant to emboss it but I stuck it down to the card base without embossing. The dog silhouette is an SVG from a bundle that I bought last year from The Hungry JPEG. The white sentiment panel struck me as too stark white, so I stenciled a simple pattern with Cracked Pistachio.

The silhouette is wonderful against the tape bg. Sad.

I love your pretty doggy card with the pretty washi tape. I hate that you needed to make it. That always breaks my heart. Your card would put a smile on anyone's face. Love it!
