Congrats to Cheryl, the newest Featured Stamper! She's an avid scrapper & I admit, I know next to nothing about scrapping. Sooooo, I picked her Father's Day layout to case. I kept the Father's Day theme & used a frame collage that reminded me of a scrapbook layout. I used different images, colors & made mine a card.
This collection of frames gave me a lot of options to use a bunch of images or partial images & fill it in. Rather than mask the frames & stamp inside, I chose to cut out the centers of the frames. I knew I wanted the golfer kind of in & out of the frame so it was easier to do this by cutting out the insides of the frames. After coloring all the images, I arranged them inside the frames & stamped the greeting underneath. I had to cut around parts of the golfer to fit him inside & outside the frame.
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups & Copic colors are on my blog: The Write Stuff

very clever! I made two scrapbooks in my life, both for my kids when they graduated high school. This was back in the early 2000's when scrapbooking was just starting, not a lot of materials or ideas out there yet. Things have changed. After those two, I said 'no more' so I admire people who stick with it.
