I am so far behind this year and since my youngest grandsons birthday is next week decided to make today's sketch work for a kids card.
Stamped the clown colored with markers and fussy cut. Pulled out some brick red cardstock - inked the inside of my bricks EF with frost white and ran it through my Big Shot. Put in the rectangular element (window) - stamped the sentiment on scrap stock and fussy cut around it too, to make it fit in the space below the window. Now what to do with the clown . . . .I die cut a balloon and attached it to his hand and affixed both pieces with mounting tape to look like he was floating away.

That is the cutest clown (not scary at all) and the big balloon is perfect for a little kid birthday. You are allowed to "slack off" anytime, but NOT for grandson's birthday. Card made in time.......you are a nice Grandma.

Linda, a delightfully fun card. I loved reading how you did your red brick wall. I must give that a try. The clown is such a cute on and the concept of him floating away, well carried out!
