My Mum died three years ago and I still miss her so much. There are so many memories of her, but one of the strongest is how we shared our love of gardening. Her passion was her rose bed so whenever I see roses (especially pink ones), I'm reminded of her.
I stamped the collage-style image of the rose and watercoloured it, including a light wash over the script background. I popped it up on fun foam on a white background embossed with a border of flowers.

My mum passed 4 years ago this year and I can understand how you feel - Mum and I both loved roses too and we both had red roses in our wedding bouquets. I was drawn to your beautiful card so thanks for sharing.

I understand that. There are definitely flowers that will always remind me of my mom. I bring her to the nursery every Mother's Day and we buy our flowers for the season. No roses usually though. Your pink rose is beautifully colored on this lovely CAS card!
