I sponged 6 different shades of DO through the flower stencil (courtesy of Dr. Sonja) onto pastel paper. Stacked the dots and then re-positioned the flower for some more depth and then added some Wink of Stella and it sparkles nicely. I thought it needed a jazzy border, so I went to my Gelli print stash. I found one I liked but it was on deli paper so I decided to scan, resize, mix it all up on the computer, and print out a new version on cardstock. Still needed more for my taste so I added the washi tapes.

What a fun, happy card Lori. The flower stencil is great and the dots add a lot of interest to it. Just curious why you wouldn't have used the print on deli paper as it was!

Beautiful card to celebrate Cinco the Mayo, love the pretty flowers with the stacked stencil technique, I agree with Sabrina, I think any paper can work if there's a pretty print on it!!
