These colors are usually not in my radar so I would call this a challenging challenge for me. I colored the flowers with copics and then cut one of the big blooms out of vellum and colored that from the wrong side. This was attached with a tiny brad. I believe I qualify for extra points as I used a punch on this ;)

Sometimes the color challenges are the ones that are the very hardest for me! I love the way the frame is placed over the stamped posies. Also like the little touches of gold on the brad and the border of your greeting tag.

Oh you definitely get credit for dessert - for the vellum flower and the frame. These may not be your normal colors, but you are a natural. This is unique and beautiful and perfectly you!

girl, I think anyone who uses their punchies gets 5 bonus points ( High five! did you have to dust it off first?) ( I would have and would have had to look for a solid surface to use my body weight to lean on it too!) love what you did with those flowers Polly.

This is SUPER neat.....love the vellum technique you did with the one flower. Thanks for the inspiration. This card is very eye appealing with the fantastic colored flowers along with the framing. Love it. TFS

Beautiful card with your coloring of the stylized roses(?). I like the "Polly touch" of the vellum layer added to the one large flower. You are also creative in the layout in howe you superimposed the scalloped frame on top of the image. A terrific card!

Polly, your coloring is so pretty. I've never colored an image from behind using the vellum, but I do like it and should give it a try. Love the thin framing~
