Hope to make Amanda smile and add to more better days. I just stamped the hydrangea randomly on a white, recycled panel from a commercial card with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white pearl EP. I sponged on the 4 shades of inks over and around the images and wiped off any excess. Added the pretty drywall mesh tape, tucking in the words and the fussy cut and clear embossed hydrangea. I used a dotted EF for added pressure and texture. My Favorite embellishments are those that are recycled and re-purposed from their original intent, like this pretty drywall mesh tape.

The embossing resist looks great. I like the look of the mesh tape (nice colour! Mine is dull browny) with the word tucked behind it. The hearts for the centres in the Os are really fun.

I really like the beautiful colors sponged around those hydrangeas. Cute sentiment with the hearts and great use of the mesh tape.

I'll be the pearl EP makes those flowers nice and shiny! I love the look of Emboss resist. Your added textures with the mesh and the dotted EF really add interest to the card!

Yes! I believe I agree with you--what's a better embellishment than taking some old trash and turning into treasure. One of my favorite things to do too! Love this fabulous card!

I love the soft look you achieved on those hydrangeas...very pretty. The drywall tape and the embossing add some fun texture. I was not surprised to read that your fav embellishments are recycled items ;)
