I've given myself a quarterly challenge this year. For this second quarter, I'm doing a series of Flea Market Flip cards. What that means is I'm going to yard sales, thrift stores and such and finding non-papercrafting items to use on cards.
For this card, the item used is the quote: The most important thing to remember about exercise is to start SLOWLY... and then taper off. It was on a page of a Barbara Johnson Daily Splashes of Joy Calendar that I purchased at our local thrift store for $1.

Oh this is so cute..that image is hilarious and also the saying. What a fun project to use non-papercrafting items...it challenges your creativity. You did a wonderful job on this!
