This card was made as a Design Team card for Watercooler Wednesday Challenges (http://watercoolerchallenges.blogspot.com) where the theme was "feminine anything goes".
I was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest, whose creator unfortunately is no long active there or on her web site. Her name is not given, just the handle "StampinU". I modified her design a bit to accommodate a sentiment.
The flowers are from the retired 2013 Stampin' Up! (SU) Sale-a-Bration catalog. They were stamped with white pigment embossing ink, dusted with white detail embossing powder, then heat set. I don't have dies for this stamp set, so the flowers were fussy cut with paper snips. The flower centers were punched out with a large punch.
The background pattern paper is from the retired SU "Sycamore Stree" Designer Series Paper (DSP).
The sentiment was from SU's "Itty Bitty Greetings" stamp set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with SU Island Indigo ink, then die cut using SU "Stitched Shapes" framelits. It was attached with adhesive foam strips, as were the flowers and their centers.
I am rating the difficulty level of this card as a "2" out of a possible "5" simply because of the need to cut the flowers out by hand (there were no matching dies to the best of my knowledge).
