Great fun to play!!
I used 3 different stencils 2 with brusho powders, sprayed the powders and misted with water let it dry, then I wet the paper laid the third stencil and sponged over with distress walnut stain, the bottom I used an embossing folder border, and used a metallic brush pen to color, I stamped the lady with stazOn because the ink is easier to watercolor it doesn't blend, I water colored the lady with stabilo markers, I stamped the sentiment and water colored with stabilo too, used foam to pop the lay and sentiment.

Oh, oh - gorgeous vintage fashion here. I don't know which is more lovely - the background or your lovely lady. She kind of reminds me of Audrey Hepburn.
