This card was made for encouragement, challenge hosted by Susie Australia, MMTPT560, "Say it with flowers."
Made my background with alcohol inks on waterproof paper. Stamped flowers and embossed with clear ep. Almost melted my paper, luckily I could trim it down. I'll have to figure out what kind of ink will work on this paper without rubbing off. Added black Stickles to center of flowers. Wrote sentiment with permanent marker.
Sending out to Caterina tomorrow.

Wow Gracie this looks so vibrant and dramatic - I love it to bits! Thanks so much for adding this gem to Caterina's Teaparty. When I use waterproof papers, I find the best thing is to blot the excess liquid off the paper within seconds of applying it. Wipe it dry then repeat the colour process if necessary.

I presume it's similar to Yupo? I've had good luck with Ranger's Archival, and I'm thinking that Brilliance might work too because I've had success with that on acetate which is equally slick - it just needs time to dry. Love the sparkly centres to your flowers. I grew a whole lot from seed this year but grr, most of the seedlings seem to be dying. At least there are still a few left to plant out when it gets milder.
