I was trying for the Color challenge colors, but forgot to use vanilla paper, so I could not find my vanilla ink pad that is ancient from SU, I used my antique linen from Tim Holtz instead. A little darker than I expected it to be but I rubbed it on directly from the pad.

To tell the truth, I like the linen addition to that pretty image! Vanilla has a washed out look that linen captures.

I really like the look of the antique linen - I was looking for something else in my cupboard the other day and found a piece of lace from Brussels that is pretty much that colour. So it looks perfect to me, and goes well with the lovely rose buds.
