I colored the whole Stamp with Brushos, let them dry between Layers. Used a Stencil for the yellow dots. For the background, I inked my Embossing-Folder, embossed the Cardstock and used a Brayer with a matching Colour too go over the embossed Details. Glued the little Tag on and finished my Card.

WOW...really a striking and beautiful card done with the complementary palette. That combo can be tricky, but you knew not to have complementary colors of the same value and intensity. Wonderful collage style bg and your tulips are fabulous!
