| | I made this card for two challenges. The first challenge that inspired this card was the Ways To Use It Challenge. Carla is our hostess and she chose the theme of "Brad and Eyelet are Lonely." I have many lonely brads in my house, but none more lonely than this brad I have had for over 10 years sitting in a bits tray on my desk. So, today was the day. I drew a light circle in pencil and started stamping. I intended to make this a wreath, but it got away from me and is more of a wild garden now. It was so bad I almost threw it out, but after die cutting it, I decided I could salvage it. I put the brad front and center in the large yellow daisy. The second challenge this card fits is the Alphabet Challenge for the letter D. The D's in my card are all the daisies and Daffodil Delight ink. This card is definitely not lacking in color, but I think this winter has me craving springtime colors badly. Thanks for looking today! ~Karen. |
