There is a LOT going on in these two challenges!!! For Double Trouble (DT), Trouble Maker's challenge was to include something metallic on your card (which I did with the gold anchor rope on the scrapbook paper, and the gold foil mat for the front birthday sentiment).
The second part of the DT challenge, "Twisted Sister" was to include your favorite mode of transportation when you vacation (I love cruising, so have a cruise ship on the inside, plus the anchor and ropes on the card front).
The third part of the DT challenge was to meet the requirements of the Brown Sugar challenge, which was to include something related to "transporation" (which I did by including the cruise ship as mention above).
It was fun to come up with a card that had so many elements, and of course the inside sentiment is hilarious!
I had seen a similar sentiment somewhere on Pinterest, so from memory I used Microsoft Word on my PC to print out the sayings so they fit inside my circles.
Though honestly, if I had a friend who I knew liked to cruise, I would invite them along (on their dime, of course!).
I am rating the difficulty of this card as a "3" out of a possible "5". Since I used a die that does the actual main card cutting (including the circles), the hard part was fitting the pattern paper on the front and inside the card so I maintained all the matting borders. I had to cut and trim multiple times to get a good fit. With only one sheet of my paper (that I bought 10 years ago!) I didn't have any room for error, so I took my time and trimmed just a bit between fittings onto the card base.
Hope you enjoy this fun card!
