Join in the teapot fun this week to wish a WWII vet a very happy birthday! I wanted to make a military band of bunnies to wish Recil, our tea party guest of honor, a very happy birthday. I did some masking to make the bunnies appear as they were in a procession with their musical instruments. I colored them all with Prismacolor pencils (something I haven't used in a while). I kept the card fairly simple because there was alot going on in the scene so just a few simple layers. Thanks for the fun challenge Jen.

Absolutely and utterly adorable, Jacqueline. What a wonderful happy birthday celebration - with great red, white and blue. Your bunny band is the sweetest.

This is such a fun card and sure to bring a smile! I love the parade scene you've created and your wonderful coloring. I can almost hear the music - maybe a John Phillips Souza march!
