I've been watching the sketch during a long time, and saw a window in this sketch, I took a piece of DSP and measured the aperture cutting only the bottom and sides, then I scored lines and folded the "blinds" added lace and punched holes with the crop-a-dile to pass the twine, My DSP is double side printed, so stamped the birthday sentiment on the inside glued the acetate behind the aperture and die cut the cats, I hope you can see the sketch in my card!!
