I found this atmospheric painting at the Pottery Barn website. I dragged colorbox fluid chalks across a piece of glossy cardstock and then set aside to dry. Once dry, I buffed to a luster with with some Kleenex then mounted my die cut silhouette. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of pale yellow with a kaleidacolor Royal Satin rainbow pad. This was attached with eyelets.
