The splatters are made by tapping off watered down distress ink from a paint brush. I love the look of light splatters and it used to scare me to do them, especially after coloring and getting everything done but those. But I'm starting to get more comfortable and learning not to worry if they don't come out "perfect". Perfect splatters! I just realized that's an oxymoron. Oh my goodness. Anyway, this card only took me about 45 minutes which is really good for me!

Splatters terrify me. I should practice more to get more confident like you. Love this and the splatters do make this pop. I love the black and white stripes too. Fabulous design!

The splatters look great - I'm always a bit trepidatious when I go to splatter! The hydrangeas are lovely and I really like the look of the black and white stripes behind the main panel.
