I especially thank Jacqueline and Lisa for making this Tea party happen for my dear Sister and Brother in law.Sandy and Dave are going to be so surprised! I am also excited to share my dear SCS family with them via all the cards made by the Teapotters. S&D are wonderful artists and will really admire your work. Thank you all so very much!
This card represents their future Peace Pony Art, that had to stop due to Sandy breaking both feet. Dave is doing an amazing job of taking care of her.
The ponies were stamped and embossed, first in butterscotch and then in brown. I spritzed it with water and added the Distress Crayons and blended. I used DO for the bottom field. The sentiment was embossed 3 times with a Turquoise silver blend, a Verdigre and a copper. Stamped the grasses with Forest Moss. A sunburst EF was added for more texture and for it's hopeful symbolism.

This is so special. Love the hand carved stamp and the way you have used it to create a scene that any caveman would be proud to display in his cave. A true prehistoric feel.

You hand carved the horse stamp!!! Lori I am in awe of your talent. Your card is amazing and I love the symbolic sunrays. I just looked at the fabulous Teaparty gallery and I am sure your family will know that your Splitcoastie family adore you.

I was just looking them up on the way home from work and reading about the Peace Ponies. It sounds as if they really do work in partnership so Sandy's accident must have had a huge impact. Your hand-carved ponies are certainly the perfect tribute to them, and I liked the imagery with the sentiment in the meadow and then the textured sunrise. I'm glad you've got your computer issues fixed. I ended up with about three different BSOD messages, but thankfully an automatic repair seems to have fixed them and just left me with a known error in my event log, but a working PC.

Amazing BG and image has a super southwest feel to it and that sentiment in the different embossed colors is outstanding. We are so happy to send to Sandy and Dave this week. Thank you for nominating them to get cards from us. Hugs friend.

This is one cool card Lori...that background is awesome and I love the little pony images. Reminds me of the little carved totum animals. I'm sorry Sandy & Dave missed their art show. I'm sure they're disappointed but hopefully they'll be happy when they receive their own little art show in the mail. So glad we could help lift Sandy & Dave's spirits.
