MariLynn is this week's hostess for the MIX challenge and she's asking for some POP.
Well, I was working up a failed St. Patrick's Day card (you can see it HERE last night, hoping that I could finish it up into something for the MIX challenge. I wasn't able to add any pop-up element into the front, but I did tuck one inside following the spiral pop-up tutorial. And simple as it is - with a gel print (the holly, and the ivy berries), a cling-wrap background (the ivy) and oxidised shaving foam (the mistletoe), even the inside is very MIXed media.
My tip - instead of hand-cutting a spiral from a punched circle, I take the easy, lazy option and use a rolled rose die. In this case I embossed it for a little extra interest.

Great tip about the die. Not only did you add the pop, those leaves are so pretty with the texture and color. I especially like the shaving foam one. Thanks for playing along with my challenge. I hope you have a blessed day.
