I made this card for the Crafters of Faith monthly challenge, this one hosted by Barbaralynn. She asked us to be inspired by Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans..." specifically about living life to the fullest and/or future dreams or plans.
I was struggling with how to put this into a card, but last night as I was just settling into bed, I thought about my dream and hope to return to more blogging about my faith, and even to write a book. I decided to use this script embossing for a background, along with an old-fashioned ink well and quill pen. The scripture verse is different, but offers a sentiment that is similar...Delight in God, and His plans, and He will bring those dreams and desires to fruition.
Thanks for the challenge, Barb!

Fabulous card for the COF challenge theme. You expressed your thoughts very nicely with the verse, the feather pen and the script paper. Love the design. I hope your hopes and dreams come true. Well done! TFS

Brilliant idea for this challenge and love the thoughts you had in creating it! I like that you used DP for your layers and popped up the ink pot and quill.
