I did get a sort of St. Patrick's Day card made yesterday evening - no shamrocks but an Irish blessing. Stamped it, embossed it, and then stencilled the grid block in blue. Stencilled the flourish in green. There's a cross-stitch done in white paint, hard to see. The butterfly was cut from a scrap of Serendipity Squares left over from Christmas cards. Edged the panel with a gold leafing pen.

Beautiful! I can see that faint white x stitch under your stenciling....thanks for pointing that out. It's lovely. Wonderful framing of that iconic Irish blessing.

Your gold leafed edges are always such a perfect finishing touch to your lovely cards...a technique that does niit work well for me. The stenciled bg makes such a nice frame for this wonderful Irish blessing. I love the little butterfly.
