I first tried the drunken water color powders technique but didn't work so well with my glossy photo paper, so I took a glass plate misted with water and added the brusho crystal powder and then applied my glossy photo paper on this plate, let it dry, die cut the stars and kept them to glue back on the girls dress, stamped the sentiments, which means: All ways take you to dreams, and cherir: cherish
I really love how this turned out!!

Oh my, this is absolutely spectacular! The colors of paint you've chosen for the background just pop off the page and the image is pure delight. This flew straight into my favorites so I can find it to enjoy again and again!
