I finally got home so I could still join in for the IC today, where we visited this fabulous place called the V&A Museum in the UK. I picked this print. Using my Altenew Iris, I stamped the flower using yellow ink, then stamped the leaf and stems using green ink on hot press water colour paper. I then painted the flowers and leaf, doing the background last, doing 3 layers of colour. It probably could have used a 4th, but daylight will be lost soon! I attached a bright yellow mat, and attached to my white card base. There are close up pics and items used on my blog in this post.

So, my daughter, has me watching a Netflix show called "Nailed It". It's where novice cooks/bakers compete to create very intricate food designs. When they get it right they say, "Nailed It"! And when I saw your card I could hear the host's voice saying "Naaaailed It!!!" Your creation is beautiful and so like the inspiration! Beautiful!
