I just had to make another card from this challenge as I wanted to try the foil tape transfer technique that was featured on Lydia's blog. It may be hard to tell from the photo but it did transfer to the foil. I used a collage sheet image that was slightly tinted so not totally black and white. When I look at it now that it's posted you really can't tell it's on foil...bummer...it's very vintage looking...

Wow, Polly! This is marvelous. So very vintage with the foil photo and ornate frame. You nailed that technique. I meant to make one for the challenge, but ran out of time. Thanks for treating us and playing in my challenge.

This is such a lovely vintage card Polly. I am amazed the image is foiled - how neat is that? I never would have thought to do this so I am very impressed. I love how you framed this wonderful image out. The bg reminds me of wonderful wallpaper I used to love. Fun! ~Karen.

Foil is hard to photograph but I love your card all the same! The design and the colors are very vintage and beautiful. I’m a little green w envy as I’ve never learned the art of vintage cards & I especially love yours! .
