I made this sparkly 3 dimensional card for MMTTPT553 Storybook Tales.
One of my favorite stories from way back when I was a wee child, was The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter. Peter was such a mischievous and curious, some would say "naughty" little bunny! The illustrations were fabulous too!
I created my card with 3D images using adhesive pop dots for the layers. I added Crystal Lacquer to eyes and nose and orange glitter to large flower. I added a yellow bow to the top and a silver strip to the bottom with 3 sequins. I dry embossed the aqua paper, glued it on white card and added a layer of bright pink before adhering the bunny scene.
Inside verse: May your day be filled with Sunshine, Love and Laughter.

Peter Rabbit is a classic! Your card is so sunny and happy..I love the shininess of it and the 3D layers. All those tiny flowers are making me long for my patio flowers (instead of all that snow).

Peter Rabbit is awesome and so is this delightful card! I love this wonderful rabbit image with his special flower and how he is spotlighted with the design behind him. I love this charming bed of flowers too! This is such a terrific card for this challenge! ~Karen.

Oh I love this beautifully designed card - the cute bunny, flowers, colouring and bg! Peter Rabbit was a great choice, I became familiar with Peter Rabbit through having my own children. I like Jemima Puddleduck & have a soft & cuddly Jemima Puddleduck of my own, LOL!

I knew the minute I spotted this gem in the gallery that it was in honour of Peter Rabbit story books. Your card is wonderful Gracie and thanks for the reminder of a beautiful series of books.

This card is the epitome of sunshiny! Love your 3D bunny. I love the Beatrice Potter stories too. I remember my dad reading Peter Rabbit to us. I think my sister has the book now - going to ask next time I see her! Your attention to detail is wonderful!

Wow, look at the gorgeous background and wonderful carpet of flowers. You're right, the illustrations were lovely but I found some of the stories rather disturbing - Samuel Whiskas sticks in my memory, with bad Tom Kitten. Your rabbit is just adorable.
