Today's Challenge is to create a card using weather for the inspiration - We know God gives us RAINBOWS after the RAIN and that's what I went with . . .plus after my first foray into creating abstract art over the weekend, my mind is kinda stuck there. . . .
I stamped the cat face on watercolor paper and embossed with clear matte powder. Then wetting a section at a time with water, I tapped a bit of reinker on the edge of the cat fur and allowed it to float freely whereever it wanted. Once dry (and this took awhile) I added a narrow frame of midnight slate and mounted to my card base. Since I think rainbws are one of the prettiest things God created, I chose this Unity sentiment from the Kara & Melissa set.
