So I know one of you is going to get this card and I hope you like it as much as I do!! When I was a child I loved reading "Pinkeltje" named "Fingerling" in English written by Dick Laan, it's all about a little gnome living with several mice, I've chosen Pinkeltje to make my card.
I made a double easel card out of an A-4 sheet of red linen, I resized my coloring pages and printed each twice, colored them with alcohol markers and blender, just cut the gnomes out of the upper layers to give dimension, I used 2 wooden butterflies as bumpers I've colored them with a golden marker and punched little butterflies ou of a left over golden DSP and glued 2 over the wooden ones, I've cut white border and stamped Best Friends and added 4 little butterflies and 2 on the gnome panels I added some nuvo drops onto the mushroom and some doodling here and there.

Adorable Anita and the perfect representation of your favorite story. I've never heard of that tale but I'm sure I would've liked it. And, with Jean above, I thought of fingerling potatoes too! LOL

This is adorable! I don't think I've ever seen a double easel design...wow! Your little gnomes are so darn cute! I think I have heard of those stories but didn't read them as a child. I love the tiny butterflies, too. Sweet card.

Cookies for Anita!!! I have never heard of the story 'Fingerlings' but I am guessing it has to do with gnomes. And your card is so cute, I love those little guys - and the special fold you used!! Thank you so much for playing today!!
