Pam is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has asked us to use Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz and White as our colors this week. The dessert option is rhinestones.
I die cut a circle from the Pear layer and placed my die-cut greeting in the center.
I wanted to try the new Silver Sparkle paper for alcohol inks, so I pulled out colors that were close to this week's yellow and green, and went to work. I must say I was not thrilled with my results, but I hope to improve my technique in future efforts.
I cut my flowers out of the parts that were more yellow and the leaves from the green areas of my treated Silver Sparkle paper and arranged them around the stitched circle, then added a few rhinestones and a bow.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Love your die cut wreath and while the sparkle paper used with the alcohol inks may not have worked as you wanted, it's still a beautiful card, Barbara!

Lovely card, Barbara. I haven't heard about those new papers, but they look fab on here. I love wreaths and I love this card - lots of great detail (I really like the stitching look around the circle) and super pretty! Hugz
