You know how you get a picture in your head of what you want your card to look like? Yeah, this is nothing like that. Oh well. And I may have used a tad more than the center third, so I hope nobody notices.
After stamping my scroll greeting, I used a few green Prismas to color then die cut it & added a narrow green scallop border. It ended up a little shorter than I wanted so I added a strip w/ die cut shamrocks on it to make up the difference, then added the die cut Mr. Green things.
Thanks so much for looking. I'll get it up on my blog after while.

I had to laugh at the beginnings of your description - my cards tend to take on a life of their own most times too! This looks like it was "meant to be" all along - and just the extra swirls of variegated green really help pop that sentiment.

Your card looks wonderful, Julie! The card's center is gorgeous and I love that you used a panel of kraft CS rather than a kraft card base. Great card, Julie!

Love the dies, Julie! They totally underscore that fun new DRS greeting and make this pop. Love the sketch and the fun. Hugz
