Happy Friday everyone. I think this will work for today's Mix challenge - MIX316 - array of sunshine.
To choose a color combination, an array of colors you would see in the sky. Mine are the colours of a rainbow.
I water coloured the sky area with soft sky ink and the ground with River Rock ink. I stamped on the image with Stazon jet black ink. I stamped the flowers (from the Wee watercolors set) using Tempting Turquoise and Night of Navy inks. Using the Barely green acrylic paint I painted in the flower stems/vines. Dotted the sky with white gel pen. Coloured the loving couple with reinkers and copic markers. The speckles on the sand/ground is from the Watercolor minis set. Matted the image several times. Sewed around the edge of the image panel.
Thanks for looking.
Hugs, Pat

Lovely romantic card, Pat. You did a wonderful job of coloring the couple and the "bed of roses" sky seems symbolic. Love the multiple framing you did, topped off by REAL stitching.

Wonderfully sweet image and your fun bg sky is amazing. Love the many layers too. What a fab card and it has sewing too (you know that is my fave thing you do on your cards). Many hugz
