I first used the Duoprinting With Chlorophyll Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers Technique for the Stem. Then I stamped with my first Embossingfolder (the Flowerhead and som leaves, then with my seond Folder the swirles. Then I stamped the Birds and the Snail.

Wow, this is great! Seeing the beauty of your artwork has made me want to try it--well, when my craft room is cleared out and reorganized, not quite today, but I WISH I could try it now. I will be saving this in my favorites so that I can be re-inspired when I am in a position to try these techniques. You have so effectively used shading and light to draw me in, and using your embossing folders to stamp is just ingenious, so wonderful!!!
I have always thought that using techniques like these were just out of my scope and even my comfort zone, but between your description and your artwork itself, you really made it accessible even for someone like me who has never really played with mixed media at all but I'd like to try...
