Hi Sally, I have loved this card you did ever since you posted it because, I bought this set to make a card for my ds and have not gotten around to it as of yet. So, to make changes mine is not a chalkboard, I just scribbled some marker over the boots real quick. His favorite color is blue so I did keep that and, I switched out the whitewashed woodgrain for some blue-ish paper and the rope became a blue jean ribbon. Sally, I hope you like this and enjoy your week. thanks for this challenge Ardyth, & tfl.

What a terrific masculine card for your son, Stacy. The dp with the blue Jean strip is designed so nicely. That book stamp is awesome with the touches of blue.

This is so cool! I love all of the texture that you have created here from the textured card stock that you used to the blue jean ribbon you used. Masculine cards are difficult to create because we always want to gussy them up with flowers and sparkly things. This rugged pair of boots is perfect for your DS. I'm sure he is going to love and appreciate it. Nicely done. Thanks for giving me the honor of your participation.

This is such a great masculine card. I love how you kept the rustic elements from Sally's wonderful inspiration card and added color and texture to your card. ~Karen.
