I combined the faux watercolor technique called smooshing with the salted background technique in an attempt to create the effect of leave changing from gold to green or from green to gold, depending on your perspective. I added Wink of Stella to increase the highlights. I also added foam dots to the back of the salted square before attaching them to the gold cs. This creates a fabulous 3D effect IRL.
