This was my second attempt with these colors. The first one I made was an enormous effort and when I was all done I was like, "Meh". So I tossed it aside and started over. It wasn't until I was completely finished with this one that I realized my dsp actually has a lighter blue with the navy. Gahhhhhhh.......I chose to cheat just a little. HOWEVER, I have TWO desserts- PUNCHES AND DIES so hopefully that makes up for the stripe that isn't navy blue. Stef, forgive me for taking this liberty but in the interest of TIME.....I cannot make another card. haha. Happy Tuesday everyone!

Karen you made a beautiful card- the design of it is really eye catching. I love the scalloped edge on the dsp- it is navy - I have that designer paper and I would totally call it navy- after all Stampin'-Up did- so you didn't take any liberties with the colors (LOL)!!!

No question, you are forgiven this slight discrepancy, my friend!! Such a gorgeous card with all the beautiful die cut elements! I especially love the doily wreath around the sentiment and the pretty branches and flowers at the bottom of the card.

Karen, I think this is one of my very favorites of your cards--ever! I love the lacy wreath, the scalloped lower edge of your two-shades-of-navy DS paper, and the pretty spring of flowers with the navy and silver foliage. I'll bet the first card was pretty, too!
