And another card for Susie's F4A, "I might use that one day" and the USEIT2019 challenges. This is also for Cathy's Going Dotty WTUI challenge.
The cute LOTV image is from a Tickle a Teapotter exchange, the Birthday Recipe, pp and star gems are from my stash.
I colored and die cut the girl, used gel pens for gleam and sparkle and added the stars to her headband. Die cut a scalloped mat. Sponged the sentiment panel and layered the pieces on a kraft cardbase. TFL

Oh my goodness...have you stopped happy dancing yet. I'd be doing the Highland Fling if my colouring looked like this. Carla every inch of this is magic. Utterly adorable. I just scrolled back for another look - wow her hair is amazing, so is her dress, the cake...everything!
