Wanted to make a Valentine's Day card with non-traditional colors.
Sponged a rainbow of colors on a strip of PTI Stamper's Select card stock. Die cut my heart border die. Die cut 2 more times using Bazzill Diamond Bling card stock.
Created my black and white layer and die cut the hearts one more time so that I could do my inlay. Used spray adhesive to put the 2 white heart border edges together; inlaid. Inlaid the hearts.
Cut white panel, slightly smaller than my focal panel for some added dimension. Assembled card on black base (landscape, left side fold for some variety)
Die cut Love word die twice and added above the heart border.
At this point, I had some red glitter cardstock pieces laying on my desk from another project and decided to add to 3 of the hearts for some nice bling.
Love how it turned out.
TFL!

Debbie, this is such a pretty Valentine Day card. Love the rainbow colors and the glittery hearts, too. Wonderful job with the inlaid technique.
