My resolution this year: When I see a new really, really cute Stamp that tempts me, REMEMBER I have...
15 years of collecting stamps,
Tons of stamped images left from a couple years of WishRAK
So when I got an email last night announcing a new super cute Valentine's set seen here: https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/produ...1968-sss101968. I made myself think about my collection of Valentine's stamps and I remembered a very old SU set called, Animal Valentines.
These cards are for two of my nieces, Alexa and Brenna.
The inside say:
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Happy Valentine's Day,
I love you!

Your Animal Valentine stamp is just perfect for these adorable cards. I love the look on that dog's face. Your nieces are sure to love these cards. Great resolution...one I should follow.

That is a very wise and sensible resolution, Jen. For sure there are so many cute , pretty, whatever, new releases but we can shop our stash and find old treasures there. Those are just sweet, and I think your handwriting looks super. Wish I could do that good!

Jen, what adorable Valentine cards for your nieces. I love the doggie and hedgie. You made a great resolution! That is something I fight with also! I ask myself when receiving such emails, "do I need that", and the answer is always no.

Jen, you are like me. I have tons of stamps from when I started paper crafting in 2003. We just need to turn off our "have to have new" addiction. LOL! I love both your cards. The hedgehog and doggie images are so cute

These are such cute Valentine's Day cards!! I like all the details that you added, especially the sentiments. I'm with you, I have a lot of stamps I may not have even used, and I can certainly use again. My resolution should be to organize my craft room.

Wise stamper....when you use a stamp so similar that you already own. These couldn't be any cuter. Really admire you how you did two of them by just changing a few details. Love the color combo. Fav'd

These two valentines are darling.....and I'm sure your niece and nephew will not know they are "old" stamps or new ones. : ) I often feel I have way too much $$$ invested in this hobby, that I can't afford to quit. : )
