It's time for another Color Challenge! This week, Mary is our hostess, and she has given us the luscious combination of Mango Melody, Rich Razzleberry and Gray Granite. The dessert option this week is to use Designer Series paper.
I bought this stamp quite a while ago, and saved it for my daughter's birthday card. The greeting and the drawing are perfect for us!
I stamped the image in black ink, then watercolored, using the Altenew Spring Garden Watercolor Brush set and a water brush. I chose colors close to the challenge colors, and added "Moss" to duplicate the neutral, Mossy Meadow.
To get in the dessert option, I cut a square frame from Gray Granite DS paper, and mounted the watercolor panel and frame, using foam mounting tape, onto a Rich Razzleberry card base.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

this is such a cute card Barbara- love the sweet little birds and the sentiment - I like the background designer paper- it's such a soft and subtle pattern that let's your image be the star
